I Deserve To Be Happy

He asked me, How have you been?

& since I know he is truth, I wanted to give him an honest answer. Without saying too much. That's real, right?

Many things. I've been happy. Unusually happy. Pensive. Pensive about why I'm happy instead of just being happy.

Then wondering if I am happy since I am questioning it. I have been a mess really. A happy mess.
