right VS wrong

How do you get to know someone that has been through so much turmoil then criticize & ridicule her for finding ways for healing herself?
How do you then begin to follow the very same guidelines she used on her own journey & try to pass them off as your own?
How do you manage to be consistent in shutting her ways of living out because you think you're all knowing, but when it comes to unity, togetherness isn't your focus, it's to be "still always right"?
How do you love yourself knowing you've caused her to feel so unhappy?
How do you find the courage to have the audacity to get defensive when all she wants is to be loved?

Found myself in a relationship with someone who was desperate to
feel loved when he hadn't the slightest idea on how to provide it. Again.
