Satisfaction
First glance. Satisfied. All smiles. Comforting hug. Grab a (nonalcoholic) drink. She says,
"What's new? Wait. I never knew you, I don't know you! What's new & what's old?"
Big smiles. Catching up w/a new friend. Eyes attracted to each other. Back & forth chitter chatter. They grab their meals. Much to discuss. Food is so good, stories are even better.
Time is up. They walk out & she prepares for another night alone. He says,
"Want to join me elsewhere so our night doesn't end now?"
Short distance to what seemed like a long drive. Before she knows it, she's listening to his captivating tales as John Legend plays in the background. Breathing the same air as her. Adoring his scent. Admiring him. Admiring her. So much in common. & yet, they come from completely different backgrounds. Never a dull moment. Eyes lock, smiles engage....
Arrived at the spot. A lot more people around. Young Buck joins their memorable night. If anyone was unsure whether he had fallen off, this performance was definitely a confirmation that he did. Laughing at YB, people watching, grabbin' a couple drinks. Night is young.

They decide to leave while YB is "doin' his thing" aka NOthing. As they walk out, he reaches for her hand.

He opens the door for her, she thinks, 'A gentleman!' She asks,
"So where are we going next?" He replies,
"Where do you want to take me?"
On their way to her place, he shares some of his favorite songs & sings the entire time. Wonderful voice.
As they get ready for bed, she shares some of her favorite songs & a few moments where a kiss would have been a magical entrance never quite made it. They lay together & rest.
She wakes, looks to her right. He looks so peaceful, extraordinarily handsome. She gets ready for her day. She wakes him w/a kiss on his forehead.

& so their journey begins.
